Job Description:
Provides an outstanding first impression of Holy Family Memorial as the initial point of contact for patients in the clinic setting. Greets patients and visitors, answers telephones, schedules patient appointments, registers patients, processes insurance information and co-pays as needed, and performs visit closure. May be responsible for other office support duties as needed.

Requirements:
High School Diploma required; additional training including healthcare customer service and computer programs and/or completion of the Health Unit Coordinator program are preferred.
