Plans, coordinates, and administers employee benefit programs and participates in a variety of other human resource projects.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Two to five years experience in administering and coordinating benefits required. Health care experience preferred. Certified Employee Benefit Specialist certification preferred (or must be committed to obtaining this within five years of hire.) Strong math, analytical, and writing skills, and computer aptitude required.
