Join a dynamic Agile team to improve the quality of application management and delivery at CVS Health/Aetna. This position is for a C# developer to enhance the CVS Health/Aetna Enterprise Appstore and Software Publishing Portal. We are looking for an excellent developer that has a strong ability to improve experience through UX, process, and performance. This developer will have the opportunity to work with the CVS Heatlh/Aetna ITNow team to help create an improved overall IT service experience.

Essential Functions:

- Analyze and code updates to the Appstore and Software Publishing Portal using C#.
- Works with analysts and team members to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues and create solutions.
- Independently performs and assists other team members in providing ongoing system maintenance, research, problem resolution, and on-call support tasks for existing systems.
- Creates and performs unit tests.
- Supports the implementation of systems into production.
- Exhibits the following Senior Application Developer Behaviors

* C#
* Team Foundation Server
* Workflow site
* MSSQL/Entity Framework
* System Center Orchestra (SCOrch) runbooks
* Console apps

Required Qualifications
6+ years experience in C# application program development in a professional or academic setting. Experience should include a combination of the following:
* Analyzing business situations and working within a group environment to provide efficient and effective software solutions
* Participation in the full software development life cycle (Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production)
* System design and development used within Service Oriented architecture and web services integration
* Unit and regression testing methodologies

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow development experience
- Adaptability to work in a varied, fast paced, exciting, ever changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business partners
- Strong knowledge of
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in developing an excellent IT service ecosystem.

- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- A self-starter that identifies opportunities.

Verifiable Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Degree in Computer Science strongly preferred.
