*Acting as a resource to employees, which includes training/orienting, providing day-to-day work direction, problem solving issues and concerns, and giving input on performance.
*Assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, directing efforts and providing guidance on more complex issues.
*Monitoring general department operations such as scheduling, supplies, and proper recording of essential information.
* Providing one-on-one care that allows you to have a real impact on outcomes.

General Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license granted by the state of Wisconsin. Home Care experience. Knowledge of nursing, equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a regionally accredited bachelor's degree program.

Desired Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
