Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Business, Public Admin/Management, Nursing Admin/Organizational Behavior, Health Admin, current WI RN license, ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships, ability to develop staff into empowered teams, ability to create and maintain efficient and effective operations of nursing units, ability to manage, direct, initiate and innovate, support the forces of magnetism including shared governance along with three to five years of clinical nursing leadership experience are required. Five or more years psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
