This position is responsible for origination of new residential mortgage loans. Will develop new business by establishing and maintaining relationships with real estate brokers and other key individuals and organizations in the community. This position is also responsible for developing whole client relationships that reach beyond mortgage and actively participate in our team selling initiative.



Responsible for closing loans and ensuring accuracy of all files as well as regulatory compliance. Cross-sells other services including bank products, insurance, brokerage, trust, and asset management.

Successful candidate will be high school graduate or equivalent. Minimum 3 years mortgage originator experience required. Requires excellent sales, presentation, interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Requires involvement with community and other broker/real estate representatives. Must be a self-starter with demonstrated success in mortgage originations.
