This position will manage the department, workflow and supervise other associates within the department, as well as act as a Senior Credit Analyst. Credit Analyst duties include spreading financial statements, management report preparation, loan committee meeting preparation, financial statement tracking and follow-up. Assists in preparation of credit presentations including performing financial analysis. Position requires the ability to coach, mentor and train professional staff.

Should be familiar with analysis of business financial statements. The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business with emphasis in Accounting, Finance or other applicable discipline and at least three years of supervisory/people management experience. Must possess excellent analytical and communication skills and exhibit computer literacy including word processing and spreadsheet knowledge. Experience in financial statement spreading and/or loan documentation required. Candidate chosen must possess excellent customer relationship skills, be able to think critically and creatively and be able to meet deadlines and function as a 'team player'.
