This position is responsible for developing the bank's position in a defined market through profitable market share growth, client retention and building client relationships. Also responsible for the selection, development, coaching, appraisal, and retention of employees and enhancing client relationships and retention through the delivery of products and services.

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in retail operations, staff management and sales. College Degree preferred. Must be knowledgeable on negotiable instruments, and deposit related compliance regulations. This position requires the leadership skills required to lead and to motivate associates and excellent interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with all levels of staff throughout the company. A client focused service level is essential. Working knowledge of PC and other relevant application proficiencies desired. Previous private banking and business development experience is desirable.
