Customer Service Representative
#23135. Customer service roll in referral department for local non profit agency. $12.00/hour, Full-time, temporarty. Provide Information & Referral, assistance, advocacy, and log all calls, assist with day-to-day functioning of phone system, assist with maintaining database, enter new resources, update existing resources, maintain caller logs, assist with resource files, news articles, filing, brochures, Information and Referral materials inventory, distribute resource materials, assist with implementation and data collection for outcome measurements, follow department and office management procedures as developed, and perform other job-related duties as may be necessary.

Strong written and verbal communicaiton skills, ability to think on feet, bee organized, have intermediate software skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Bachelors degree or work in the human services field preferred. Communication with customers in both English and Spanish is a plus.
