Customer Service Representative #23134. 3 people needed. Customer Service Representative. Nationwide Insurance carrier. Full-time, permanent. $11.00/hour. Has to be flexible with hours. Customer Service/Data Entry, provides a wide variety of pharmacy benefit management services including benefit design and consulting; formulary management; pharmacy network management; and clinical programs. Respond to questions from members, providers, and pharmacies on a daily basis; providing customer service over the phone is critical; accurate and timely interpretation and documentation of responses to questions regarding prescription benefit plans, and pharmacy claims processing issues. Skills / Requirements
Pharmacy Tech or Call Center background a plus, 9000+ keystrokes per hour data entry & 50+ words per minute typing, communication & interpersonal, customer service, critical thinking, and problem solving skills are needed along with being detailed and team oriented. Has to have medical or pharmacy knowledge. Looking for energy, articulation, excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and someone who can problem solve quickly. Basic computer skills.
