Jobing Description
Responsible for assisting in the supervision of the customer service team including mentoring, performance feedback, assigning projects and facilitating team meetings. Will also be involved in the interviewing of potential representatives.
Skills / Requirements
Must have at least three years of call center experience with one of those as lead or supervisor. Position requires working 2 evenings per week and rotating weekends.
