Agent for Leasing and Admin Our Green Bay company is looking for an outgoing individual that can work flexible hours. This position involves part-time office work and showing apartments for rent. The job involves a variety of office tasks along with strong customer interaction relating to complaints, collections and general tours. Office hours include day time hours and early evening hours and and every other Saturday hours. You rotate with the other staff so you do not have to work every night or weekends. This position will start with about 20 hours of work per week and could turn into a position with more hours. Dress is business casual. AA/EOE You must have very strong customer services skills and clerical skills to include Word and Basic Excel. Prior leasing skills is a plus but the customer is willing to train.
