Senior Business Analyst Operations Manager Are you an experienced finance person with manufacturing experience? Our growing Green Bay company is looking for an individual that has a finance/accounting background along with work experience in a manufacturing environment. Work responsibilities include but are not limited to: *Equipment research and purchases to improve operation efficiencies *Weekly and monthly reporting on manufacturing results *Production and coordination of operation budgets and forecasts *Calculations of ROI of manufacturing processes *Analyze margins and manufacturing variances *Report development and presentation to Senior Management *Continuous improvement process implementation *Analyze labor costs and rates This is a Direct Hire position. The company offers a full benefit package. Hours are regular hours Monday
- Friday with some additional expectations when analyzing production methods. Salary is in the $58,000 + range and depends on experience. AA/EOE Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Finance and five + years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility. Key qualities: Proficient in Microsoft Suite with Business Objects a plus or other reporting software. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, do multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as a member of a diverse team. Goal driven. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to think out of the box and implement solutions to problems to increase efficiencies. Ability to present reports to Senior Management. Must be able to provide references from prior employers.
