Responsible for managing the Business Banking function within the Green Bay Market which includes business development, credit quality and coaching of Relationship Managers. Foster team selling and work effectively with all business lines.

Ability to coach and mentor others, strong credit skills and proven business development skills. Minimum 7 years management, commercial lending or related banking experience combined with excellent leadership and communication skills. Bachelor degree required. Additionally, candidate will need to be active in the community and represent the bank in the community. Must exhibit JFG competencies in leadership and interpersonal skills, and embrace JFG's Mission, Vision and Values.
