Seeking Administrator for a new Orthopedic Surgery Center in Green Bay, WI projected to open 1st quarter of 2010. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing all business and clinical operating functions for a four OR suite facility of which 2 OR's will be opened initially. Administrator will start in October 2009 and will be working closely with the development and operational team.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in nursing, health care, or business related field of study and possess good leadership, communication, organization, physician relations, financial management, personnel management, and business operations skills.
