Job Description

Imagine yourself...
*Coordinating the development of corporate nursing orientation and continuing education programs related to defined area of responsibility
*Summarizing program evaluations for each program and reports findings to Manager, CNS/NCs, and other appropriate individuals
*Maintaining educational offerings within budgeted allocations
*Preserving records as required by JCAHO and hospital administration
*Maintaining communication regarding educational programs with CNS/NCs and appropriate management personnel
*Presenting select educational programs or designs self-directed materials within areas of nursing expertise

General Qualifications

* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) granted by the State of Wisconsin
*Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Master of Science in Nursing preferred
*Previous Nursing Education experience
*Minimum three years of previous clinical nursing experience
*Current certification in CPR


Desired Qualifications

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities

*ICU experience with ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. CCRN preferred.
