ABR Employment is recruiting for an energetic individual in the insurance field. This position involves strong customer service experience in the insurance industry. Leadership/training experience within that field would also be desirable. This position includes assisting clients with service needs along with making changes to exsisting accounts. In this role you will pre-qualify new business as well as speak with customers about policy coverage, changes, or exclusions. You will be seeking referrals to help generate new business and prepare insurance proposals. You will maintain and update electronic and transactional files including helping with invoicing/cancellations. Marketing will definitely be part of this position as you seek to gain referrals and create new business. This is a fast paced position and candidate must be able to multitask! For the right candidate this could be a try-before-hire position. Starting pay ranges from $13-18 per hour. AA/EOE College education or equivalent insurance experienc e is required for this position. Our company prefers candidates with property, casualty, Life and Health license. Oral and Written communication skills are a must! Ability to work in a fast pace environment and multitask is a necessity. Must be able to perform math calculations and utlize computer programs. Knowledge of insurance and previous work experience in this industry is required.
