Job Description

Imagine yourself

*Directing the day-to-day activities of the staff at the clinic, ensuring a high level of productivity. Continually monitors the functioning of the clinic and revises operations as needed.

*Being responsible for resolving any patient concerns.

*Being responsible for all physician relations to include practice management, orientation and follow up support.

*Resolving problems relating to the facility on a day-to-day basis.

*Being responsible for developing and submitting the annual budgets (operating and capital), and for operating within those budgets.

*Developing and implementing a system to ensure that established policies, goals and objectives are achieved.

*Performing human resource responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, salary adjustments, resolution of employee concerns, disciplinary counseling, terminations, and employee morale.

General Qualifications

*Knowledge of health care administration, business administration or other related field, equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a regionally accredited bachelor's degree program.

*Knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform this job are typically acquired through a minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in a health care facility that includes experiences and knowledge of medical practice and clinic management, clinic operational structure systems and clinic policies, procedures and processes. Leadership experience should include management of staff and budgets at the Manager level.
