Job Description

Actively participates in the direct delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The RN is a patient advocate and collaborates with the patient/family, physician, and other health care disciplines to provide safe, effective care. The RN is responsible for providing nursing care within the scope of the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act.

General Qualifications

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) granted by the State of Wisconsin.

Previous experience in Emergency care preferred.

Highly organized, detail oriented person with experience with a variety of computer programs helpful.

Ability to handle high-stress, fast-paced environment necessary.

Must meet and/or maintain unit-based competencies.

Desired Qualifications

Current ACLS, PALS, TNCC, TNS. Previous ED experience.
