Job: Branch Supervisor

Under the direction of the Branch Manager, direct and evaluate customer service and the operation of the office. Assist Branch Manager and staff to achieve individual and office goals defined in the Customer Service Plan. Assist with office personnel administration.
Work Schedule: rotate with manager: open 715-415 close 845-545 M-W 915-615 Th & F Saturdays 845-1215 (100% Time)
Training: On the job training.
Salary: Will discuss in interview.

CERTIFICATE/DEGREE/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Insurance licenses desired.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Three years financial institution or direct sales experience required. Financial institution experience must include two years teller or new accounts work. One year of supervisory experience required. Consumer lending experience preferred.SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Personal computer skills in a window environment required.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Satisfactory completion of five banking courses, including a class in supervision, from bank approved vendors. Knowledge of policies, programs, procedures and operations systems regarding retail related financial activity is preferred.COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS: Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills. Direct, written and telephone contact with customers and AnchorBank personnel.Consideration may be given to education/experience in lieu of these requirements.
