PHOENIX— Jobing.com has announced Jessica Sapperstein as the new general manager of the Phoenix office.  Jobing.com serves some 18 major metropolitan areas in eight states, including Phoenix and Tucson, with the mission of connecting organizations and local people so they can recruit more effectively.  Jessica, who has been part of the Jobing.com family since 2004, has held leadership positions within Jobing.com’s South Florida and Tampa Bay operations and was instrumental in establishing the company’s presence in those regions.  She has been a fervent supporter of human resources and community involvement through volunteer service with a variety of organizations such as the Society for Human Resource Management and the Florida Atlantic University Career Advisory Board. Jessica was recognized as one of the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s “30 under 30.”

Jessica began her career in corporate communications at General Electric and received her bachelor’s of science degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. In addition, she is a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International and has attended executive certificate programs at the Darden School of Business at University of Virginia, Emory University, The University of Michigan, and The University of Wisconsin Madison.
