Wisconsin RN license, strong critical thinking skills and effective communication skills are required. Minimum of two years Med-surg RN experience required. Background experience in care management, utilization reviews and discharge planning preferred. Responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, the Rules and Regulations of the WI Board of Nursing, the Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.
