We are the dominant food service organization in Northeast Wisconsin, with 100 employees in Appleton, Manitowoc, and Wisconsin Rapids, and are seeking an experienced manager for our 40 person food service business.
The successful candidate will be an empathetic leader of an organization with a high work ethic, available to work abnormal hours as customers need, effective in developing new customer relationships, perceptive in developing improved work processes, and able to work closely with both direct and indirect reports to meet customer deadlines and company set operating and profit goals.
Will have responsibility, authority and accountability for developing, servicing customers, commissary and catering.

Skills / Requirements
Experience in food service, serve-safe certified, ability to lift 35 pounds, and success as a manager are prerequisites.
