The Rehabilitation department at the Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers has a great opportunity for a Physical Therapist Assistant looking to stay active in their profession. This position is a full-time position working in an Inpatient and Outpatient setting.The right candidate will join a team of 9 other Physical Therapists and 3 Physical Therapist Assistnats focused on continuity of care, service excellence, and a strong community reputation. If you are looking for flexibility, professionalism, and career development, this is the physical therapy position for you.

Imagine yourself..
Providing and progressing patient treatment based on therapist's evaluation and your own ongoing assessment.

Monitoring and notifying supervising therapist of patient's response to treatment given.

Planning patient's discharge, including providing written home programs, patient/family teaching, ordering equipment with the direction of superving therapist.
Completing required documentation.

General Qualifications

Completion of two year Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from an APTA accredited school required.

National and state certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.

Good human relations, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
